Johnny Mainstream

Johnny Mainstream is a four-piece Indie Rock and Americana act out of Central CT. Born in the Marist College dormitories of songwriter Matthew Maynes and bassist Dan Garaffa, Johnny Mainstream began writing honest folk songs inspired by Bob Dylan, Bright Eyes, and Kevin Devine, but infused with the punk rock ideals on which each was raised.

Matt Wheeler and Vintage Heart

"Thinking love is worth the fall/The damage healed, & truth is all that remains." - From "Avalanche"

Honest, thought-provoking lyrics & simple but poignant melodies characterize Matt Wheeler's songwriting. With live shows that feature a heartfelt delivery of songs mixed together with a dose of light-hearted humor, Matt's music is easy to like. It is because of all of this that Matt Wheeler & Vintage Heart's songs have sparked the interest of WXPN, WJTL, The Andy & Patrick Show, Good Day PA, Around the Wood Stove, & numerous other media outlets.

Based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, Matt Wheeler & Vintage Heart are emerging with a brand of acoustic folk-rock that reflects faith, love, and what it means to be human. Drawing influences from the folk/singer-songwriter tradition such as James Taylor, Glen Hansard, and Iron & Wine, Matt's musical poetry can range from lilting and sweet to haunting and driving.

“Matt’s Strings EP caught my attention, especially the violin & cello on the song “Avalanche”. Now with the help of his fans he has released his debut album showcasing his warm sound & heartfelt lyrics. If you are a fan of Josh Ritter give a listen to Matt!”- Helen Leicht, WXPN Philadelphia

Dylan Jane

One imagines that at some point very early on it became inevitable that she would come to this. You know where this is heading once you get in your head that image of a tiny girl, aged 8 or so, with a can of soup in her backpack and, slung over her shoulder, a “Hot Lixx” toy guitar by Tyco (the kind that requires pressing one of five big blue plastic buttons to make a squealing, high-pitched electronic noise). It’s late afternoon one summer day in South Florida; she huffs as she swings one leg over her bicycle and pushes the hair out of her eyes. She’s running away from home. She’s certain, defiant, and ready for whatever adventure she can summon.

Lucille and the Wolf

Beginning their work together in April 2017, Lucille Ciconia and Phillip Nathaniel Freeman set an ambitious course for this new and dynamic muse. This pair’s time-tested friendship, love for each other, and passion for music & creativity, results in a new distinct flavor of pop, Americana, and rock applied to the music they perform. Whether they are covering the latest radio hit or performing original material, you can guarantee an exciting and captivating performance from this duo. Though they are only armed with a few microphones, a loop station, a guitar, ukulele, and their voices, their sound grows and electrifies any room they perform in. Whenever these two powerhouse performers aren’t working together, you can find Ciconia frequent performing solo in the Pennsylvania region while Freeman is usually touring the country or traveling with his band Small Town Titans. Despite their intense schedules outside of this project, Lucille & The Wolf are dedicated to making as much music and performing as much as possible.

Jessica Smucker

Jessica Smucker writes what could be considered "dark pop" songs: catchy melodies in minor keys, lyrics that masterfully infuse sad stories with tiny flecks of humor and hope. She performs in diverse configurations and contexts, but her songs have a consistent melodic edge. "Woven with a sort of defiant sadness, a square-jawed resilience" (Fly Magazine), her compositions often start down a familiar road but, through a series of subtle twists and curves, deliver the listener to an unexpected destination.

Son of Jane

AS REVIEWED BY PAIGE MCINTYRE (CATS EYE PUB)
These guys are another one of our favorite new bands who are making news. Totally by chance I was awake at 7am on 12/24 and happened to turn on the tv set on channel 45. Lo and behold there are the boys being intro'd to play a couple of songs. They truly rocked the news studio, starting out with an excellent keying of the "Charlie Brown" theme song then rolled into, (to my absolute delight and admiration), The Ramones' "I Don't Want to Fight Tonight".
