Brothers Asher Johnson, Dylan Johnson, along with
Andrew Kirwin, Alex Flattery, and Ian Staley are
what make the band what it is today.
With some of the members of the band creating and
playing music for over ten years, they have only
been doing such together for about three of those
years. After departing from their own previous bands
they came together to create music that they could
take with them anywhere. An acoustic project made
it possible for them to pick up and play anywhere
and for anyone who was around.
and Andrew have some familiarity with each other
having worked together in their previous band, Clap
band we were playing in before was really loud”,
Asher explained. “I definitely wanted to take
that and strip down the sound to something that
made it possible to really hear the certain parts
by each instrument”.
is currently not signed to a record label, which
means that they make their music by themselves and
record it by themselves. The drive behind doing
so is not money or fame, but simply the passion
that each member has for writing and creating music.
We thank them for being a part of this family of
Independent and Unsinged musicians and all of their
contributions to our mission. Truly one of our favorite
bands and a group to keep an eye on for years to
come. They are destined for greatness, that they
are already achieving.
